Professional Scrum Product Owner
In an Agile approach, the Product Manager (or Product Owner) is a key player for the success of the project. It makes the link between the business part and the technical part of the project. This certifying course provides you with the methods and tools necessary to master all the components of the Product Owner profession. You learn to organize and follow a project thanks to the Agile Scrum method, work in a team within the framework of an Agile approach and you discover the different stages of the activity of a Product Owner.
Educational goals
At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
- Understand the different roles in a Scrum project
- Build a release plan
- Mastering the process and organization of a Scrum project
- Understand the group dynamics of an Agile team
- Explain the role of the Product Owner (PO)
- Understand the stages of a PO's activity, from the product vision to the daily work with the development team
- Know what responsibility the PO has with respect to the various project deliverables
- Get certified as a Product Owner
Who is concerned?
Anyone involved in the development of products or services using Scrum. People from business or product management and assuming the responsibility of product owner.
Prerequisites
A basic knowledge of Scrum in real-world context is helpful, but not required. You will receive by email information allowing you to validate your prerequisites before the training.
Assessment methods
The trainer evaluates the participant's pedagogical progress throughout the training by means of MCQs, scenarios, practical work... The participant also completes an upstream and downstream positioning test to validate the skills acquired.
