Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

This online course is in the form of a SPOC (Small Private Online Course) which will allow you to acquire all the fundamental concepts in order to understand the Scrum Master approach.
Educational goals
At the end of the training the learner will be able to:
- Identify the principles of Agility
- Understanding the key tenets of Agile methodologies, emphasizing flexibility, iterative development, and close collaboration.
- Understand how to set up the Scrum framework
- Gaining knowledge on implementing Scrum, an Agile framework that structures project tasks into manageable "sprints".
- Practice the role of Scrum Master
- Learning to facilitate Scrum processes and resolve issues, ensuring efficient team operation in line with Scrum principles.
- Deepen certain techniques (estimate, User Story, retrospective, Scrumboard, etc.)
- Enhancing specific Scrum techniques, such as task estimation, User Story creation, conducting retrospectives, and managing Scrumboards.

Anyone involved in the development of products or services using Scrum. People in charge of benefiting from Scrum: Scrum Masters, managers and members of the Scrum team.
Prerequisites
A basic knowledge of Scrum in real context is useful but not mandatory. Having participated in the Professional Scrum Foundations™ (PSF) training is a plus. You will receive by email information allowing you to validate your prerequisites before the training.
Assessment methods
The trainer evaluates the participant's pedagogical progress throughout the training by means of MCQs, scenarios, practical work... The participant also completes an upstream and downstream positioning test to validate the skills acquired.
